Challenge
The ACE Award was introduced to specialists across multiple countries and cultures.
The film needed to communicate recognition, participation, and clarity — without relying on culturally specific imagery or humor.
It had to translate visually before it translated linguistically.

Strategic Direction
I chose line animation as the core visual language.
Line illustration removes cultural markers. It avoids race, region, and visual stereotypes. It simplifies without flattening meaning.
The goal was universality through reduction.

Visual Approach
Minimal color.
Clean line movement.
Clear iconography.
Structured pacing.
The animation needed to feel neutral enough to belong everywhere — while still carrying identity.
